Cyber Hotel Trianing is a virtual hotel comprised of knowledge, base scenario set and simulation tools in a highly interact reality-based Internet curriculum. It provides students with the opportunity to adopt various line-level and management roles within the h hotel operation. By doing so, the students engage in a series of "on-the-job scenarios that require them to analyze a given task by speaking with other hotel employees, interacting with guests and/or accessing industry related technology. There are three levels of scenarios in which students are assigned an internship position; receive a scenario, with case study questions to follow. At the end of each scenario the student must then complete transfer task questions that involve situation either directly form the scenario or closely related to the skills that they have practices. Through these processes the students become part of the daily responsibilities of hotel employee across vary8ing entry-level position. Their participation as an intern in Cyber Hotel will further help them develop and integrated understanding of the hospitality industry, as well as career related pathways.
