The New Americans Center

About

The New Americans Center (NAC) provides free immigration services at Kingsborough Community College. Services to the public include confidential one-on-one consultations with immigration attorneys and paralegals, as well as access to immigration and citizenship forms, and community and educational activities.

NAC is a one-stop citizenship center open to KCC students, staff, family and the Brooklyn communities. NAC also serves to introduce workforce training and education to the immigrant community of the borough.

Services

The Center is able to provide legal counsel regarding U.S immigration law in a wide range of issues. Immigration law is complex and very dynamic that often times, immigrants and would-be immigrants find it hard to comprehend.

The Center is composed of an experienced immigration attorney along with a number of support staff experienced in a wide range of issues regarding immigration law.

The Services offered are free of charge except for fees paid to U.S Department of Homeland Security for those applying for one benefit or the other.
